Los Enzolos 2022 Verdejo . Toro, Spain
Pale yellow with green hues. Lots of tropical fruit, including pineapple, passion fruit and stone fruit flavours such as nectarine, with a hint of citrus and floral aromas. Fresh on the palate with lime and fennel seed chcracters. Long, fresh finish and refreshing aftertaste. Best paired with vegetable dishes especially mushrooms, fish, seafood, and white meats.
Rolletter Weingut 2022 Riesling . Rheinhessen, Germany
The limestone soils of the Rheinhessen region give this powerful, fruity yet elegant wine lots of crisp acidity. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and matured on the lees for some months, in order to extract the essence and beauty of the Riesling grape.
Chateau La Bastide 2022 Tradition . Corbières, France
Light yellow colour with green hues. An intensely perfumed nose of white flowers and lime with beautifully balanced citrus acidity on the palate and a light vanilla finish. Great as an aperitif, or pairs well with fish, poultry and other white meats.
- MAY ROSÉ WINE -
Rolletter Weingut 2022 Rosé. Rheinhessen, Germany
This rosé was created entirely from Pinot Noir. Crimson red grapes were pressed gently in order not to extract too much colour and tannins and the wine was fermented in a stainless steel tank. Through this procedure, the wine retains its freshness and is a perfect spring beverage.

Mazas 2021 Roble . Toro, Spain
Deep ruby colour with purple hues, elegant and fresh. Intense flavours of black cherry, red fruit and a touch of liquorice. Matches best with red meats, lamb, roast meats, and game dishes.
Rolletter Weingut 2022 Portugieser. Rheinhessen, Germany
Explore the most typical German red wine! Dark fruits, fine tannins are showcased when drinking this wine as its richness fills the palate. Matured in big wooden vats, the wine is spiced with fine fruit and elegance.
Domaine La Bastide 2022 Syrah . Aude Hauterive, France
Elegant ruby red with purple hues. Ripe, spicy and fruity on the nose offering concentrated flavours on the palate. Dense but fine tannins make this a supple wine with great length. Pairs well with grilled red meat, pork chops, ribs, lamb and stuffed turkey. Will also compliment hard aged cheeses.
